Cancellation Policy
I understand that sometimes circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure transparency and maintain a fair business practice, I have established the following cancellation policy.
Please notify me of any appointment cancellation requests at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time are be subject to a cancellation fee of £20.
If you fail to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice this fee will also apply. I strive to provide the best possible service and accommodate customers’ needs while also ensuring the smooth operation of my business. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding my cancellation policy.
